To increase the service life and reliability of aluminum radiators, a unique technology has been applied to protect the internal surfaces with fluorine-zirconium coating. In the manufacture of bimetallic sectional radiators two metals are used at once: steel and aluminum. Thanks to this, they combine both the properties of sectional aluminum and tubular steel radiators. Elegant appearance and resistance to mechanical impact of the devices is ensured by two-stage painting technology: by anaphoresis method (when the radiator is fully immersed in a bath with paint) at the stage of pre-painting with subsequent spraying of epoxy enamel based on polyester.
